Hello. I was a recipient of a short course on Local Government Management which was sponsored by AIDAB (now AUSaid) in cooperation with IULA-ASPAC. I am very grateful because this experience was very instrumental in my mind shift towards development efforts of local governance.
I'm now into training and development for local government units, functionaries and the community as well. I miss the people I've met there who have become my friends. I hope Dr. Solomons is still with the University, and so is Jenny and Chris and Mike. To all my classmates and friends... hello from the Philippines.
