All business units in the double degrees will be delivered at CDU Darwin Waterfront. Units from other courses will be delivered at Casuarina campus.

Common units CUC100 and CUC107 will be delivered at CDU Darwin Waterfront, as well as at Casuarina campus. Preference for CDU Darwin Waterfront units will be given to students undertaking a majority of other business units at the campus.

Currently no non-business electives are being delivered at CDU Darwin Waterfront. Students can undertake them at Casuarina campus, or may elect to undertake them externally. (Please note: Restrictions may apply to international students undertaking external units – contact the Office of International Services for details).

There are several public bus routes between Casuarina and Darwin, with a number of collection points available to students.  Route 4 travels between Casuarina and Darwin bus interchanges, including a stop at Casuarina campus.

Darwin bus interchange is located just 500m from CDU Darwin Waterfront, which is a pleasant seven minute walk using well-lit walkways that are covered for most of the distance.

There is no student parking at CDU Darwin Waterfront, however there is a parking station adjacent to the Adina/Vibe where there is two hours’ free parking. There is also metered on-street parking and parking at the Darwin Convention Centre for $5 per day.

CDU Darwin Waterfront has state-of-the-art learning technologies and student Wifi throughout. There are multiple areas where students can power their own devices, and numerous lounges and breakout areas. There is a large student kitchen with heating facilities and fridges, as well as a prayer room. There is also onsite technical support, with Student Central staff available on the ground floor.

Staff from the Careers and Employment Service and the Counselling unit will be available on alternating Tuesday afternoons in the Student Central area on the Ground Floor from 1 – 4pm.  Appointments for the Counselling can be booked by calling Equity Services on 8946 6288.  There is no need to book in with Careers and Employment, just drop in!

Staff from the International Office will be available on Wednesday mornings for a drop-in service – please come to the Student Central area on the Ground Floor between 8:30 and 12pm.

Appointments with other services and personnel, such as the Disability Service and the Student Advocate, can be arranged either by contacting these services directly, or by talking to the Student Central staff as to how  to do this.

Yes, there is a student card machine on the ground floor in the Student Central area.

Yes, you can pay your fees at Student Central on the Ground Floor. However all payments should be via credit card or EFTPOS only – there is no facility for accepting cash at CDU Darwin Waterfront.

Orientation will be held at both. General orientation will occur at the Casuarina campus, but there will be one full day of orientation at CDU Darwin Waterfront.

There are plans for an onsite café, however currently there is no food available within the building. Fortunately CDU Darwin Waterfront is surrounded by a vibrant entertainment district that has numerous restaurants and cafés, as well as a convenience store.
