Administration and Customer Services Officer - Helen Whitehouse
Helen has been with Charles Darwin University since 2004 in various capacities, including four months as acting campus administrator, Palmerston campus, between December 2007 and March 2008. Her employment experience with CDU includes administrative assistant, Training Solutions and Student Services customer service assistant at the Casuarina campus Uni Infoshop.
Helen commenced in her current position as administration and customer service officer in August, 2007.
Prior to working with the University Helen held a number of administration positions.
As Palmerston campus’ administration and customer service officer, Helen is on hand to assist students and the public with general enquiries, information about courses and timetables, and the special services offered by the campus, including Karawa Restaurant and the beauty and hairdressing salons.
Helen is the cashier for course fee payments and textbook purchases, and can assist with taking payments for Karawa Restaurant, and hairdressing and beauty therapy services.
Helen enjoys working with the staff and students of the Palmerston campus and endeavours to assist wherever necessary.
