What is career development

The concept of a 'career' has developed from being a single, paid job to the new concept of a continuous process of learning and development that includes all your paid and unpaid work, learning and life roles (source: www.myfuture.edu.au).

Career development is a unique exercise for each of us because we are all individuals and therefore affected by our individual circumstances, life experience and needs during the different stages of our lives.
