Tourism and Hospitality (Central)
This Tourism and Hospitality (Central) team delivers urban, regional and remote programs in hospitality restaurant and bar service; cookery including kitchen operations and commercial cookery; tourism, including retail travel sales, meetings and events, and tour guiding; meat retailing (butchery); hairdressing and retail.

Three and five course dinners available at the Desert Lantern Restaurant – used to train and assess students in restaurant and bar service along with preparation and presentation of meals by cookery students. The Alice Springs campus also has a training Hairdressing Salon and Beauty Salon.
* Charles Darwin University also conduct Kakadu Knowledge Tour Guide Training and Uluru knowledge Tour Guide Training in partnership with the Director of National Parks.
