Tourism, Hospitality and Recreation (Top End)
This Tourism, Hospitality and Recreation (Top End) team delivers urban, remote and regional programs in hospitality restaurant and bar service; tourism, including retail travel sales, meetings and events, and tour guiding; recreation, including sport, fitness and recreation.

The Karawa Restaurant located at Palmerston Campus offers three course and buffet dinner - used to train and assess students in restaurant and bar service along with preparation and presentation of meals by cookery students.
* Charles Darwin University also conduct Kakadu Knowledge Tour Guide Training and Uluru Knowledge Tour Guide Training in partnership with the Director of National Parks.
