Children's Services (Central)
Children's Services (Central) team cover a broad spectrum of industry sectors and offer vocational training in children’s services, community services, education support and first aid.

Children’s services: Children’s services provides training
to use organisational policies, procedures and individual children’s profiles to
plan activities and provide care to children, facilitating their leisure and
play and enabling them to achieve their developmental
outcomes.

Education support: The Certificate IV in Education Support is a practically oriented course which will enable students who complete the program to provide support to teachers. Such as:
- Inclusion support assistant
- Teachers assistant
- Education support worker
- Part-time instructors
- Governess
- Tutor
- Out of school hours carer
- Sunday school teacher
Employment opportunities will be reflected in the units of competency chosen
by the student. Electives may also be selected for individuals working in early
intervention support or high needs settings.
