Enrolment forms

You can either submit and online enrolment form or you can download the form, print it and either fax it or post it into us.

NB: before submitting the enrolment form you must read the terms and conditions, fee structure, and paying for your fees document

Terms and conditions of lessons with the CYM

You must read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions before submitting the enrolment form.

CYM tuition fees

The fee structure for lessons is charged on a per term basis, with a term being eight lessons of 30 minutes. You will be charged for the eight lessons unless an alternative arrangement has been made with administration.

Paying for tuition fees

Once you have completed an enrolment form you will be invoiced prior to the commencement of term. Fees will be due by the end of the second week of lessons (the exact date will be indicated on the invoice) in order to avoid any disruption to lessons.

This invoice will be sent to your home address.

NB: Staff in building 16, the CYM Shop and tutors are unable to take any form of payment.
