The Best Conference & Events Company is co-ordinating the delegate accommodation and has secured the group rates listed. To take advantage of these rates, accommodation must be booked through this company. Please refer to registration form.

Alternative options which will require personal booking are listed below these pre-booked options. These will need to be booked by you early as there is pressure on accommodation in July in Darwin.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy: One night’s accommodation may be charged to the delegate for a cancellation within 30 days (9/06/2008) prior to the conference. Unless otherwise indicated.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations made before Friday 20th June will be charged a $75.00 Administration Fee. All cancellations made after Friday 20th June will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Substitution by another person will be at no additional cost.

Privacy Act:
Registrants may request that their address not be disclosed to other registrants and vendors associated with the conference by informing the Conference Secretariat prior to the Conference.
