The Central Australian AAEE members are seeking expressions of interest in a fringe conference bus trip from Adelaide to Darwin for the 7 days prior to the July conference.

This outback adventure would:

  1. integrate with the conference theme of transcultural communication for sustainability.

  2. enable us to showcase and involve the regions in a meaningful way.

  3. involve indigenous leaders in context and on country.

  4. enable participating delegates to minimise the ecological footprint of their journey.

  5. provide one way transport for regional delegates.

  6. include a video journal of the journey to report back to conference delegates.

  7. be a truly transformative exp erience for participants.

Option 1 (Approx $1500pp)

Adelaide - Inga Warta - Marla (via Oodnadatta Track) - Alice Springs (2days) - Tennant Creek - Mataranka - Darwin

Option 2 (Approx $1500pp)
