Role of Theme Leaders
The role of the Theme Leader is predominantly to lead a team of people to ensure consultation with external stakeholders and delivery of quality outputs in both HE and VTE.
The role of a Theme Leader is an important one for the efficient operations of the School and the University in general. Each School may have any number of Theme Leaders, the number of themes though would be relative to the size of the School. The average Theme Team would be of the order of 5 to 15 people.
