Australian Government funded programs

Funded through the Department of Health and Ageing

Royal College of Nursing, Australia (RCNA) administers Australian Government funded scholarship schemes for those who wish to undertake education in nursing and Australian Government programs to assist nurses returning to the workforce.

Notification

All applicants are notified of the success or otherwise of their application ONLY by letter. Results of any scholarship application are not made available over the phone, or via email or fax.

National Research Scholarship Fund

In addition to the Australian Government funded programs, RCNA has its own National Research and Scholarship Fund available annually.
