The Charles Darwin University Student Unit is responsible for student enrolments, maintenance of student records and student enquiries about administration.

In 2005, Charles Darwin University joined the South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC). SATAC receives and processes applications for admission to Charles Darwin University postgraduate courses.
