Teaching
- Current teaching activities are in the civil engineering area, including design and engineering basics such as statics.
Research and consulting
Activities include:
- consulting to the oil industry (in the areas of safety, operational tasks and general engineering)
- testing of a range of construction materials including timber and steel
- testing of fabricated items to ensure compliance with standards
- Bitumen and asphalt testing is also available using university facilities and industry links
