Chancellor Richard Ryan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Companion of the Institution of Engineers. He is a director of several public companies and is currently Chairman of the Northern Territory Tourist Commission.

Professor Garnett became Vice-Chancellor in October 2003, following eight years as Executive Director, Australia Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO). She has received the Public Service Medal for outstanding public service in her role at ANSTO.

Trevor has an extensive property background in both the public and private sectors. With a total of 35 years in the property industry, this experience includes some 21 years in the Northern Territory and seven years in Hong Kong and Beijing, People's Republic of China. He holds formal qualifications in valuation, land economics, real estate agency and management.

Mr Kevin Davis AM

Kevin Davis is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Australian College of Education. For many years he was a senior education administrator including fifteen years as Deputy Vice Chancellor (Admin) at Charles Darwin University.

Mr Richard Giles

Managing Partner, Cridlands Northern Territory Lawyers

Originally a partner with an Adelaide law firm, Richard moved to Darwin in 1980 to establish its Northern Territory office. He and one other partner purchased the practice and merged with the Darwin based legal firm of Cridlands and Bauer in 1989. Richard became the Managing Partner of Cridlands in 2000 and continues to lead the commercial division which provides a broad range of commercial legal representation and advice.
