Composition of the Charles Darwin University Academic Board

The Board consists of:

  1. Chair
  2. Vice-Chancellor
  3. A Pro Vice-Chancellor nominated for that purpose by the Vice-Chancellor
  4. Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research)
  5. Pro Vice-Chancellor (Community and Access)
  6. President of the Charles Darwin University Students' Union or a person nominated for that purpose by that President in writing to the Board
  7. Two members of the full-time higher education academic staff of the university at Level D/E, elected by the senior academics
  8. Two members elected by and from the full-time higher education academic staff of the University
  9. Two members elected by and from the senior VET academic staff of the University
  10. Two members elected by and from the full-time VET academic staff of the University
  11. One member of the full-time academic staff at Level D/E, elected by the full-time academic staff of the Institute of Advanced Studies
  12. Deans of faculties of the University
  13. Dean of Indigenous Research and Education
  14. Director VET
