Fee Paying Students
As a fee-paying student, the Australian Government will not contribute towards your course costs; you will pay a ‘tuition fee’.
The amount of tuition fee you must pay is determined by the institution you attend and depends on your course of study and the units you choose to enrol in. Each institution sets its own tuition fees for each course, so the tuition fees will vary between institutions and courses. The Australian Government sets a minimum limit on tuition fees. Tuition fees will not be less than the student contributions paid by Commonwealth supported students in the same course.
