During periods of urgent callout support, support staff carry mobile phones. If the problem is urgent, the appropriate on-call technical officer will attend to the problem.
Urgent phone support will deal with problems such as network outages, server outages, major information system errors and operational problems affecting many users.
NB: Problems with user accounts, passwords or individual machine problems will only be dealt with during normal operating hours except in exceptional circumstances.
