Callista training

Callista training

The Callista Team provides all Charles Darwin University staff with training and support across our campuses in the use of Callista, the Student Management System. Inquiry training is necessary for all staff who require information on students.

In training you will learn about:

  • the Inquiry Facility of Callista, searching for students and becoming familiar with the information available
  • how to produce class lists and run reports.

To receive training, submit a Callista access form via eCentre.

Log in with your CDU staff credentials. Select the "Forms and Requests" tab and complete the workflow for "Callista Access Request".

Once your electronic form has been processed, you will receive an email with instructions for training. Your can either complete the Online Callista training module in Learnline or, accept the invitation to an in class training session.

Higher Education Grades

If you need to enter Higher Education grades, you will need to submit the “Callista HE Grades Access” workflow in eCentre as well. HE grade entry training can be completed only after you have completed the Inquiry Training.

You can attend as many Callista training sessions as you like until you are comfortable with moving around in the system.
