Australian Public Law
Administrative law selected lecture notes
These are selected lecture notes originally prepared for various undergraduate law units taught by Ken Parish. They do not pretend to cover the gamut of administrative law. They are also somewhat derivative, in that they summarise prescribed texts as indicated below. The notes are designed to be used in conjunction with the relevant texts, not as a substitute for them. However, the selected notes below include substantial updating material and original analysis and commentary. Finally, these notes are provided for the use of Law students. They are not designed to provide legal advice to non-lawyers. If you need legal advice, go and see a lawyer!
