Our services
Academic Language and Learning Success Program (ALLSP) offers a range of free workshops aimed at developing the academic skills needed to succeed in university studies at both the undergraduate and postgraduate level. These are presented on campus and online. We also provide a range of online resources, including archived recordings of workshops and workshop materials. We encourage students to attend at least one ALLSP workshop that concentrates on the academic skills they wish to learn about and improve on before seeking appointments for individual assistance on their assignments.

Who we support
Internal, external, international and domestic students, undergraduates and postgraduates. We also work with lecturers and tutors.

After-hours assistance

The after-hours service is primarily for consultations carried out online or on the phone.

Hours

Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 5-7pm (from May 15 until further notice)
