Why did you want to study TEP at CDU?
To go to uni. I hadn’t studied in a while and wanted to get back into the swing of study and get an idea of what its about.

What are you doing now work-wise?
I work in hospitality.

What’s your greatest achievement so far?
Travelling around Australia.

What are your career goals?
To become a teacher.

What are the key things that have helped you through your studies?
The Teachers are very helpful.  The computer course was good too and helped develop my skills to prepare for uni. I also got into the mind set of study and became more organised in managing my time. The Language and learning unit was particularly helpful.

What are the best aspects of studying TEP with the University?
The teachers  are friendly and encouraging. The course is free and it wasn’t as daunting as I thought.

What are your favourite things about life at CDU?
I made great friends and met inspirational people.

What is your favourite place on campus?
The coffee shop.

In future, are you planning to study a Higher Education course?
Bachelor of Teaching.

Have the services and facilities provided by CDU met your expectations? If yes, how?
I didn’t have any expectations and I was pleasantly surprised and happy.

Tips for prospective students?
Go for it. Listen and learn. Look towards the rewards at the end.
