* NB Only elective units (both A and B) being offered during
2003 are linked below. The Law School offers elective
units only every second year, so a different set of elective
units will be shown next year. In effect, the units linked
below (links are to the central Unit Repository database))
are approximately 50% of the total Law School elective offerings.
In addition, we offer some units (e.g. Immigration Law and
Cyberspace Law) which are not yet listed in the Unit Repository
because formal permanent accreditation has not yet been obtained
for them. The Law School also frequently offers specific 'one-off'
elective units when an overseas or interstate academic with
a particular specialist expertise is visiting NTU. Recent
examples have included Medical Law and Media Law. These units
are usually offered in intensive mode over 2-3 weeks.
