The Library and Information Access Operational Plan is reviewed and updated at each LIAPT meeting. The Plan aligns closely with the Charles Darwin University Futures Framework. LIA goals and strategies respond directly to the goals articulated in the enabling plans for the five core business areas of the university - Teaching and Learning, Research, Business Development, Community Access and Corporate Services. Each key result area has one or more key performance indicators assigned to it, with progress recorded annually. Team plans are developed to support the LIA operational plan and annual performance management and development reviews address the plan in setting individual goals and identifying staff development and training needs.
