Planning

Planning

Planning is undertaken by the OLS Planning Team which advises the Director on strategic and operational planning and policies in relation to all services across the Office of Library Services (OLS).

The Office of Library Services Operational Priorities Plan aligns closely with the University's Strategic Plan. Team plans are developed to support the OLS operational priorities plan and annual performance development plans and reviews address the plan in setting individual goals and identifying staff development and training needs.
