External Student Support
The External Student Support office assists students studying in external and flexible modes by provision of the following services:
- Dispatch of print based study materials: Upon receipt of printed course materials, we dispatch relevant unit materials to you by post or, if overseas, via international courier. We endeavour to send your materials to you within a 24 to 48 hour time frame subject to material availability. If you have not received relevant printed unit materials by the end of the first week of semester, please contact us.
- Students should check unit information in the first instance regarding unit delivery. Many units are only delivered online, via Learnline and do not have any printed components, while others may be on Learnine but also have a printed component/s.

- Open Universities Australia Units for CDU students
- Open Universities Australia Units for non-CDU students
- Processing and dispatch of external SELT student unit evaluation forms
