Endnote

Obtaining EndNote Software

Charles Darwin University staff and students can either download the software or borrow a copy of EndNote on a CD.  Copies are available from the Service Desks at Casuarina, Palmerston and Alice Springs campus Libraries.
To download the software use the download link which will take you to a login page. Use your staff or student login, you will then be directed to the licence agreement form. Once you have filled in the required fields on this form you will be directed to the download page. Select either the minimal install (recommended for clients on dialup) or full install.

Due to file size, clients on dialup connection are advised to either borrow the software or select the minimal install option as some of these downloads are large and will take a long time.

Staff and Students are required to agree to the Endnote license or 'End User Agreement' (EUI). This can be done either online when downloading the software or by signing a printed copy of the license.

For general information on borrowing visit the Lending Services page.

Distance students and staff

It is recommended that clients registered as distance students or staff use the download link, however, due to file size, clients on dialup connection are advised to either borrow the software or select the minimal install option as some of these downloads are large and will take a long time.

  1. print, sign and send the licence to Off Campus Library Services
  2. OCLS will send you the CD which needs to be returned within 30 days
