System Requirements

Windows

EndNote X is compatible with Windows ME/2000/XP
EndNote X1 is compatible with Windows 2000/XP/2003/2007/Vista

You will need:
A PC with a Pentium (or compatible) 450-MHz or faster processor
A hard drive with at least 180 MB of free space
A minimum of 256 MB of available RAM

Macintosh

EndNote X is compatible with System OS X (10.3.9, 10.4.x)
EndNote X1 is compatible with System OS X (10.4.x - 10.5.x)
PowerPC Macintosh G4, 450 MHz or higher. As of August 2006, EndNote for Macintosh is compatible with Microsoft Word X and 2004.

You will need:
A hard drive with at least 180 MB of free space
A minimum of 256 MB of available RAM

EndNote has not yet been certified for use under the new OS10.3 (Panther). Compatibility testing is in progress.

EndNote will not run directly under Linux or other flavours of Unix.
