Claim Returned

If you are certain that you have returned a library item, but it still appears on your library record, you can fill in a Claim Returned form.

Staff will search for the item for three weeks. If the item has not been found, the library will contact you to make an appointment to see the Library Campus Supervisor to sign a Statutory Declaration

If you are a student living more than 80km from the nearest CDU Library Campus, contact Off Campus.
