2011 costs and payment options
All applicants must be 18 years or older at time of residence, unless prior approval is granted by management. The room rates at North Flinders International House are varied, depending upon the room type selected and the contract length. Have a look at the room inclusions and pictures to choose a room suitable to your needs.
All rooms are:
• Fully furnished with air-conditioners, ceiling fans, small fridge, a king-sized single bed for standard rooms or two king-sized single beds for twin rooms, desk, chair, lamp, and wardrobe.
• All rooms are provided with bed linen and a towel
• Free shared kitchen, bathroom and clothes washing facilities
• Free and subsidised activities, events, functions, tutorials, seminars and workshops for all residents
• Free use of swimming pool, computer room, study room, games room, TV room, electric BBQ and common areas
• Includes electricity, water, internet access, common area cleaning and maintenance
• Rooms with Ensuites are bathrooms with a shower, toilet and vanity mirror.

Payments
The North Flinders International House main office is a cashless office. We welcome payments via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners card. (Please note we are unable to refund payment on AMEX and Diners).
Payments can also be made via direct debit from your bank account. Please refer to the payment authorisation form.

Please note: Accounts for all weekly and daily bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival and all semester contract bookings must be kept two weeks in advance at all times.
