We would love to know what you think. Honest and constructive feedback helps the management of IHD to monitor and improve the services offered to residents. It also provides a valuable guide as to what our clients consider important.
Surveys
There are two forms of surveys are available for residents to provide feedback:
- Resident Satisfaction Survey 2011 - This survey is now open for all 2011 residents, it is completely anonymous and only takes five minutes to complete.
- General Feedback - This is open all year round for residents to leave feedback or make a suggestions on day to day matters.
- Activities Survey - This is open all year round for residents to provide feedback on the type of activities they would like to see IHD offer.
