Leave planning is a local activity between an employee and their Supervisor as part of the PDRS process and should be completed by 31 March each year covering the dates on which paid annual leave is to be taken. (Refer: 44.6 of CDU and Union Enterprise Agreement 2013).
Along with provisions available as a CDU employee you may be entitled to other provisions from the Federal Government. Please visit the Australian Government Department of Human Services website.

StaffOnline is the web interface to CDU's payroll system. StaffOnline allows employee self service of personal information and many functions, including electronic lodgement of leave requests, salary history and the ability for staff to access their payslips online.
StaffOnline can be accessed by clicking on the 'StaffOnline' button at the bottom of the navigation pane on the right hand side of this page.
Annual Recreation and Personal Leave (includes: Sick Leave and Carer's Leave) and Non-Attendance Leave should be applied for through StaffOnline. All other types of leave are to be submitted in hard copy form.
