Lynda.com aims to provide high quality online training that people actually want to learn. Lynda.com users tend to learn more, retain more, thus increase competencies, improve skills and achieve better learning outcomes.
All lynda.com courses are delivered by experts rather than narrators. Many trainers are nationally recognised authors, and lynda.com courses provide detailed biographical information about the expert providing the training.
Each of lynda.com's more than 2,700 courses are broken into chapters, and each chapter is broken into mini video tutorials that are only a few minutes long.
Lynda.com has a free app available for iPhone, iPad, and Android. Once the free app has been installed on your mobile devices you need to login for the first time as detailed below:

In this course, you will learn what coaching is and how to use effective coaching model to help with your employees’ career and developmental goals. You will learn the benefits of developing your team and empower them to do more productive and engaging work. Also, you will learn how to build your own leadership and coaching skills and equip yourself with tools which help you to be more collaborative and less directive. The course wraps with a look at how you can maintain the coaching momentum in the workplace and address common challenges.
