StaffOnline Fractional Leave Calculator for Part-time (Fractional) Staff

Currently StaffOnline only displays the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) balance. One of the restrictions of StaffOnline has been the fact that it does not display the actual leave balance for fractional staff. To enable fractional staff to use and view their actual leave balance, an online calculator has been developed.

The calculator is available from the Leave Balances screen in StaffOnline. Click on the Fractional Leave Calculator link at the top of the main information screen, above the Leave Balances table. Online Timesheets

CDU has decided that bulk timesheet processing best suits our current processes and circumstances. Bulk timesheet processing allows a number of casual timesheets to be quickly completed and lodged in a batch by administrative staff. Staff are able to quickly enter data off the timesheets for the casual staff in their area. Casual employees will still complete paper timesheets which must be approved by their direct supervisor; administrative staff will complete and lodge the timesheets which will then be approved by supervisors/managers as per the current online leave process.

All divisions/schools/faculties that employ casual staff will be trained in processing online timesheets. Human Resource Services (HRS) will liaise with administration staff to organise training times. Please direct any queries to
