Charles Darwin University Union Collective Agreement 2006-2007

The CDU Union Collective Agreement 2006-2007 was negotiated with the unions and staff to ensure compliance with the Higher Education Workplace Relations Reforms (HEWRR) introduced by the Commonwealth government in 2005. The HEWRR linked industrial relations reform to higher education funding.

The CDU Union Collective Agreement 2006-2007 is a comprehensive agreement that incorporates all conditions of employment for the three categories of staff within the University:

The enterprise agreement guide provide prescription and process relating to entitlements under the CDUUCA . The guide does not form part of these agreements and is not incorporated in anyway into the agreement. Guides simply expand on the entitlements under the agreement and provide the detail on how to access your entitlements and the process required.
