The CDU Union Collective Agreement 2009
The CDU Union Collective Agreement 2009 is a comprehensive agreement that incorporates all conditions of employment for the three categories of staff within the University:
- General staff (GS)
- Higher education academic (HEA) staff
- Vocational training and education (VET) staff
Charles Darwin University Union Collective Agreement 2006-2007
The CDU Union Collective Agreement 2006-2007 was negotiated with the unions and staff to ensure compliance with the Higher Education Workplace Relations Reforms (HEWRR) introduced by the Commonwealth government in 2005. The HEWRR linked industrial relations reform to higher education funding.
