As part of the University’s commitment to ensuring that staff are informed about matters related to their health, safety and workplace behaviours, you are requested to attend all the compulsory training workshops listed below. You are also encouraged to attend the PDRS and mentoring workshops which are of particular importance to staff managers.
If you have not attended any of the following sessions previously, please register as soon as possible, by emailing PMD_Induction@cdu.edu.au ensuring that you specify the course name and date you wish to attend.
You will receive a calendar booking via email to confirm your booking. Please respond to this calendar booking to confirm that you will attend or that you can no longer attend so that others may be offered the opportunity in your place.

This online induction program is designed to introduce the new employee to the organisational requirements of the University.
Vice-Chancellor’s morning tea
The morning tea is hosted twice yearly by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Helen Garnett and provides an overview of the University's Strategic Directions and an opportunity to meet the University's executive, academic and administrative leaders. The next Vice-Chancellor's morning tea is scheduled for Monday 15 September 2008, Mal Nairn Auditorium (Red Precinct, Building 7) commencing at 9:30am. If you have been employed at the University in the last 12 months and have not attended the Vice-Chancellor's morning tea previously, and have not received an inivtation please contact PMD as soon as possible through the email address below so an invitation can be forwarded to you.
