The Remuneration and Benefits unit is responsible to the Director of People Management and Develoment for the provision of comprehensive remuneration and benefits services in accordance with the Universitys awards, agreements, policies and external legislative requirements.
Role
The role of the Office includes:
- Payment of salary and entitlement all staff
- Leave
- Superannuation
- Salary packaging
- Casual offers of employment
- Maintaining information on the Universitys human resources information system, Alesco
- Interpretation of awards, conditions, policies and procedures as they relate to employees entitlements,
- Preparation of statistical data
