Converting Minutes to Decimals
This table is designed to help you in the conversion of minutes to decimals when using Part Day Leave Request or Timesheet entries.
Part Day Leave Requests and Timesheet entries must be entered in whole hours and decimal minutes.
Knowing the number of minutes in your booking, look down the list below to find that number in the minutes column and then go across to the decimals column to see what that is as a decimal value.
Now enter the amount of hours.minutes in your Request using your selected decimal conversion value.
Eg. 3 hours and 21 minutes = 3.350
