These services include but are not limited to:

- Support for resolution of student grievances
- Student administrative complaints and review
- Student academic grievance appeals and review
- Student conduct
- International student support
Equal opportunity initiatives for identified students and staff in equity target groups, including equal opportunity for women in the workplace; management of staff complaints resolution processes, including conciliation and mediation; training programs on discrimination, harassment and bullying as defined in federal and Territory legislation; and the National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) initiative.
