An Introduction to international student support staff
The International Student Advisor:
Ms Vibeke Foss is located in Support & Equity Services, building Blue 1, room 21 and students may make an appointment for assistance on such matters as:
- Visa related issues (work permit, visa extensions and visa conditions);
- Course information and enrolment advice;
- Fees and financial matters;
- Overseas student health cover;
- Tax file number applications;
- Activities and events;
- Referral to other support services both on and off campus.
Please phone 08 8946 6288 for appointments or come in to Support & Equity Services and book directly with the Receptionist. You are also welcome to send an email to: vibeke.foss@cdu.edu.au
The Administrative Officer, International Support: 
Mrs Chureerat Haq is the first point of contact for international students when
they arrive at Charles Darwin University and she is able to provide international students with general information about course, enrolments, accommodation, health cover and activities.
Chureerat is available for consultations at the Uni Information Centre
(building Orange 1) on weekdays from 9am to 12pm
(Wednesdays 10am – 12pm).

Letters of Completion
If you wish to apply for permanent residency upon completion of your studies, you will be required to provide the Department of Immigration and Citizenship with a Letter of Completion.
To request a letter of completion, send an email containing your full name, student number, course, birth date and postal address to: internationalsupport@cdu.edu.au. Please write ‘Request Letter of Completion’ in the Subject line of the email.
