An Introduction to the International Student Facilitator
The International Student Facilitator, Vibeke Foss, is the first point of contact for International students upon their arrival.
The International Student Facilitator is located on the Casuarina Campus and is available for quick consultations without prior appointment from 9am to 12 pm on Thursdays. Vibeke is located in Support & Equity Services, Blue 1 Room 21. Students may drop by for assistance on such matters as:
- Course information and enrolment advice
- Fees and financial matters
- Visa related issues (work permit, visa extensions and visa conditions)
- Overseas student health cover
- Tax file number applications
- Activities and events
- Referral to other support services both on and off campus.
In addition, where students may require more in-depth or confidential assistance, an appointment may be made and you will be seen by the International Student Facilitator in Support & Equity Services, Building Blue 1 Room 21.

Letters of Completion
If you wish to apply for permanent residency upon completion of your studies, you will be required to provide the Department of Immigration and Citizenship with a Letter of Completion.
To request a letter of completion, send an email containing your full name, student number, course, birth date and postal address to: internationalsupport@cdu.edu.au. Please write ‘Request Letter of Completion’ in the Subject line of the email.
