The survey is being undertaken to review how current practices prevent or limit student participation in aspects of university life. If you have a disability or care for someone with a disability your feedback is important. Even if you do not have a disability, we welcome your comments.

All information will be treated confidentially, and it will assist in the development of the new Disability Action Plan for 2010-2014.
