What is Boot Camp?
Boot Camp is a fun and exciting program that is designed to get you fit. It is an excellent approach to improve fitness, gain confidence, lose weight and increase strength.

Morning Boot Camp:
Boot Camp #5
Start: Wednesday 3rd August
Finish: Monday 12th September
Boot Camp #6
Start: Wednesday 21st September
Finish: Monday 31st October
Boot Camp #7
Start: Wednesday 9th November
Finish: Monday 19th December
Three days a week for 6 weeks!!
- Monday: 6.10 - 7.00am
- Wednesday: 6.10 - 7.00am
- Friday: 6.10 - 7.00am
Location is primarily Charles Darwin University Sport. Total cost for the entire program is just $250 (shirt incl.).
Evening Boot Camp:
Boot Camp #5
Start: Tuesday 2nd August
Finish: Thursday 8th September
Boot Camp #6
Start: Tuesday 20th September
Finish: Thursday 27th October
Boot Camp #7
Start: Tuesday 8th November
Finish: Thursday 15th December
Two days a week for 6 weeks!!
- Tuesday: 6pm - 6.50pm
- Thursday: 6pm - 6.50pm
Location is Charles Darwin University Sport. Total cost for the entire program is just $200 (shirt incl.).

Boot Camp is designed for all fitness levels so anyone can attend. Contact us to find out more.
How do I sign up Boot Camp?
To ensure a place contact CDU Sport for a registration form (or downlaod from link at top of page) and a Health Screen Form and return these along with the payment to CDU Sport to book your spot in the next program. Places are limited for each Boot Camp and will be offered on a first come first serve basis. Registrations including payments must be received prior to the Boot Camp commencing to guarantee a spot.
