All examination locations to an on-campus examination centre

If you are allocated to sit your examination at an off or on-campus  examination centre and wish to change to a CDU on-campus examination (Darwin, Alice Springs or Sydney) you need to submit an Examination Location Change eForm.

No documentary evidence is required to be submitted however we strongly encourage you to provide a statement to support your request.

On-campus examination centre to an off-campus examination centre

If you are allocated to sit you examination at a CDU on-campus examination centre and wish to change to an approved CDU off-campus examination centre, please note that these requests are not usually approved.

You will be required to submit documentary evidence in the form of a statutory declaration and any other relevant documentary evidence along with a supporting statement with your request.

If approved, the University will allocate you to the off-campus centre it deems appropriate within the defined travel radius of your location as defined in the Higher Education Examination Policy.

All students who wish to apply for a private invigilator

Regardless of your examination category, students wishing to apply to sit their examination with a private invigilator need to meet certain criteria prior to having their request assessed.

This is a two stage approval process where subject to your approval to sit with a private invigilator, additional assessment will take place on a suitability of your nominated private invigilator.

You must identify an appropriate private invigilator with your request and submit documentary evidence in the form of a statutory declaration and any other relevant documentary evidence along with a supporting statement with your request.
