I think that my grade should have been higher. What can I do?
In the first instance you should contact your lecturer. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can contact Support and Equity Services on 08 8946 6288, or call into the Support and Equity office in Blue 1 on Casuarina campus. View details of the Academic Appeals process (.pdf, 65KB).

I need some help with my enrolment. Who should I contact?
You should contact the Information Centre.
I have enrolled in an external unit, but have not received any external materials. Who do I contact?
Some, but not all external units have print based materials. Most unit materials are available online via Learnline. If you have any queries, please contact the External Student Support area in Access Services.
If you believe a grade for a unit is inappropriate you may submit a formal appeal of result to the dean of your faculty. The appeal must be submitted to the Dean within 21 working days of the formal notification of results.

You can change it online using My Student Info, send us an email using student.admin@cdu.edu.au or complete a GEN101 Amendment to Personal Details.
