Child care
Child care services are available to both students and staff at the university's on campus facility at Casuarina campus.
The Charles Darwin University Child Care Centre is located within easy walking distance of the campus. The centre is nationally accredited, accommodating up to 50 children from ages 0 to 5 years. With four separate rooms, for each age group and developmental ability, the centre offers a safe and constructive learning environment.
All rooms are airconditioned and there is a large outdoor playing ground. The centre is run by committed and long term staff and is open 50 weeks a year. Due to its excellent facilities and service, the demand currently outnumbers the places available.
