Step by step instructions to view workshop schedule and book a place in a session(s)

1. Click on this button to get you to the workshop schedule

2. Click on the session who would like to attend/book your place. You will then see this, a description and details of the workshop:

3. Sign in by clicking the SIGN IN link (above) and you will see this:

4. If this is the first time you are making a booking:

i. you will need to create a new user account. This process does not take long and you only need to do this once EVER. Click on CREATE A NEW USER ACCOUNT button (above). You will see this:

ii. Enter your

student email

full name

phone number (landline or mobile)

ii. choose your time zone so that your email reminder indicates the workshop time according to where you are living

iii. Click CREATE button

iv. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address soon after.

v. Go to your CDU student email account and open the email that has been sent to you.

vi. Click on the link given to you in that email in order to confirm your email address.

vii. Log in by typing your registered CDU email address.

**If you already have created an account on this system, simply enter your student email account and click on LOG IN.

9. You will see the workshops for the week and future weeks

i. Decide which workshop you would like to attend

ii. Click on the session you would like to attend

10. You will see a NEW ATTENDANCE screen pop up

i. Type in your full name and student number

ii. Indicate whether you are an internal or external student (NOTE: Make sure you are booking yourself into the right workshop

iv. Click the NEW ATTENDANCE button (above).

11. You will be directed back to our weekly schedule where you will:
i. see your appointment and the message “Attendance successfully created” and/or
ii. a red check mark on the workshop you've just booked into (you might need to wait a little bit)
iii. receive a prompt email in your student email account that confirms each booking you have make. 
 

13. If you want to delete your booking (because you can't attend or you have made a mistake):

i. click on the booking you would like to delete and you will see this:

ii. click on the document and pen symbol marked in red above and you will see this:

iii. click on UPDATE ATTENDANCE or DELETE ATTENDANCE

The schedule page will indicate that you have successfully deleted your booking

You will receive a prompt email that confirms each appointment you make or delete.
