Since graduating with a Physical Education degree from UTAS, she has taught Physical Education and been a classroom relief teacher for brief periods during 2006 & 2007 and 2012. 2007-2009, she lived in South Korea where she taught English as a Second Language in academies and business. In 2010 she taught ESL, within a tertiary context at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. 2011, continued in another tertiary institute, JoongBu University, back in South Korea. From 2012, she has been employed with the School of Academic Language and Learning with experience in TEP program and most recently focussed in the Common Units’ program.

Teaching expertise is in the field of Physical Education in primary schools within Australia, teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) in businesses, academies and universities across South Korea and Costa Rica, and lecturing within the Common Units and TEP programs at CDU.
