Purpose

This function allows an institution to define a set of Sub-Score types

These types will be used as a valid list of values for defining Sub-Score Types that are mapped to Admission Test Types in ADMF02Z0.

Each Sub-Score Type is linked to a System defined Sub-Score Type.

This form is accessed through the main menu.

The Sub-Score Type block contains:

• Sub-Score Type
• Description
• System Sub-Score Type
• Closed check box

Rules/Notes:

Validations are:

• Cannot map Sub-Score Type to a Closed System Sub-Score Type
• Cannot delete System Sub-Score Types while Sub-Score Types are mapped to it
• Cannot delete Sub-Score Types while Admission Test Sub-Score Types are mapped to it
