Purpose

To record a desription and explanation for each System defined Advanced Standing Granting Status for display, particularly in Web functionality

An institution can record both a description and an explanation for each System Advanced Standing Granting Status. System Advanced Standing Granting Status Explanation is used to provide students with explanatory information about their Advanced Standing Grant Status displayed in Callista Connect applications such as Advanced Standing.

The System Advanced Standing Granting Status block contains:

• Granting Status
• Description
• Closed check box
• Explanation

Query to display the System Advanced Standing Granting Statuses.

For each status record an explanatory message in the Explanation field.

The Description field may also be updated if required.

Notes/Rules:

The Granting Status field cannot be edited.

Student users should be able to easily understand the explanations recorded here.
