To enter and maintain graduation data which is used by other functions in the Graduation subsystem

This form allows the following values to be defined:

• If the institution has a Graduation fee defined with a Ticket charge method, whether that fee should consider the requesting of tickets when ticket allocations has not been performed in determining the charge
• The Allow Graduation Change indicator allows the user (online) to select the graduation name from an enabled poplist. If this is indicator is not enabled, the graduation name filed is disabled and the previously entered (by admin) name will display.

The Graduation Configuration block contains:

• Consider Requested Tickets for Ticket Fees check box
• Allow Graduation Name Change check box

Notes:

The values defined in this form are applied institution wide. Where exceptions to the defined values are required, override selections are available in individual functions.

Consider Requested Tickets for Ticket Fees

If the Consider Requested Tickets for Ticket Fees indicator is Y the graduand is charged for the number of tickets ordered even if they have not been allocated.

If the Consider Requested Tickets for Ticket Fees indicator is N then the graduand is only charged for tickets that have been allocated.
