Purpose

This form allows a user to define the institution’s Workflow Instance Step Statuses.

SubSystem

General

This form enables you to define a Workflow Instance Step Status and map it to a System Workflow Instance Step Status.

Values available for System Workflow Step Statuses are:

• COMPLETED
• FAILED
• INPROGRESS
• PENDING
• REQINFO

These Workflow Step Statuses are recorded against Workflow Steps in a Workflow instance.

This form is accessed directly from the Callista menu.

The Workflow Instance Step Status block contains:

• Workflow Instance Step Status
• Description
• System Workflow Instance Step Status
• System default check box
• Closed check box

Rules/Notes:

Each System Workflow Instance Step Status must have one and only one Workflow Instance Step with the System Default indicator set.

A Workflow Instance Step Status cannot be created for a Closed System Workflow Instance Step Status.

The System Default indicator cannot be set for a Closed Workflow Instance Step Status.
